Andrii Terletsky was born on February 25, 1967, in Nadvirna city, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Education:
1974-1984 – Nadvirna high school.
1984-1989 – Vasyl Stefanyk PreCarpathian University, Physical and Mathematics Department; specialty: Teacher of Physics and Mathematics.
1989-1992 – post graduate student at the Institute of Applied Physics, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova, Chisinau city.
PhD thesis – “The effect of radiation on electrical and optical properties of AIIIBV type semiconductors”, 1995, specialty 01.04.10 – physics of semiconductors and dielectrics.
