The team of teachers of the Department of Computer Engineering and Electronics, consisting of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Kogut I.T., Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Golota V.I. and Candidate of Technical Sciences Dovhyi V.V., published a scientific monograph entitled “Elements of Sensor Chips-on-a-Chip with Silicon-on-Isolator Structures”.
The monograph highlights relevant aspects of design, modeling, and optimization of sensor chips manufactured using silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. The authors pay attention to the physical principles of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), the features of their integration in a single crystal, and the prospects for use in modern sensor electronics devices.
The work is the result of many years of research activity of the author’s team and will be useful for scientists, graduate students, students of specialties in the field of electronics, microsystems engineering and computer engineering.
